At Winter Park Cycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in its original, unused condition. Please note that for safety reasons, installed components and bicycles that have been ridden cannot be accepted for return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or visit our Winter Park storefront with your original order number and receipt to start the return process.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, tags, and small parts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply bring the items directly to our service desk.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear to confirm its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
