Yes, all bicycles purchased through our online store are professionally inspected and partially assembled before shipping. We recommend final assembly be completed by a certified mechanic to ensure safety and warranty compliance.

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused accessories and components in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned.
How much does shipping cost for full-sized bicycles?
We offer flat-rate ground shipping for all full-sized bikes within the continental US. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the size of the bike frame.
Do you provide a warranty on new bike purchases?
Every new bike sold at Winter Park Cycles comes with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects. Additionally, we provide a complimentary 90-day tune-up for local customers to ensure your new ride is breaking in correctly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For high-performance builds, we also offer financing options through Affirm to help you get on the trail sooner.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
